Digital products, such as eBooks or training materials, are provided for personal use only and must not be shared or distributed without permission. 

3. .Ordering and Payment 

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the accepted payment methods listed on our site. An order confirmation will be sent via email once your order is successfully placed. 

4. Delivery 

We aim to dispatch physical goods within 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control. 

5. Returns and Refunds 

We do not accept returns for non-faulty items, including change-of-mind purchases. 

You are entitled to a refund or replacement only if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If this applies, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item. 

 

Please note: 

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

 

Digital products (e.g., downloadable books, PDFs, or training resources) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless proven faulty.

All content, including but not limited to books, images, training materials, and website text, is owned by JV Trauma Tools and Training Limited or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.
